Nature of the service

The Site is an attorney advertising and referral service, not a law firm. Content is general information only, not legal advice. See our Advertising Disclaimer. Use of the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be 18 or older to submit a case review request, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your inquiry.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that content is current, complete, or applicable to your situation, or that any attorney will accept your matter.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any referral made through it.

SMS program (case updates)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our case review form, you are enrolling in the TortOS case-update text program, operated by DGY LLC for Big Rig Lawyer and its participating attorneys. The messages are transactional: updates on the progress of your case review and a secure link to your own case portal. They are not marketing messages.

Message frequency varies and depends on the progress of your case review. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of using the Site or of being referred to an attorney. We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted, with any third party for their own marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to begin receiving them again. Reply HELP for help, or email the program operator at legal@accident.live. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by the Site operator and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
